Facility Maintenance- Self Storage

Growing Self-Storage operator looking for a skilled maintenance tech to work at its Paragould, Arkansas locations. This position will require an individual skilled in property maintenance including but not limited to;

· Landscape Maintenance

· pest control

· General and preventative maintenance

· Required Daily walk-throughs to ensure facility safety and integrity

· Ability to push, pull, lift up to 50lbs

· Clean and prep units for move in

·Abandoned unit clean-out and haul away

Self-Storage specific responsibilities with on-the-job training include:

· Lien procedures such as lock cuts and drilling locks, over locking units, unlocking units, auction pictures (use of phone)

· fixing hasps and door maintenance.

· meet with and direct vendors when necessary.

· Special projects as they arise

· limited tenant interaction

Schedule can be somewhat flexible, work may take place any day from Monday-Saturday and necessary vendor meetings. This is a general overview of responsibilities which may change with your experience and property need. Must have a reliable vehicle, preferably a truck, capable of hauling materials to and from the site. This is a very part time job that may require extra attention in the first few weeks. You will be required to work 2 hours per day anytime prior to it getting dark out, some days may require additional time on the property. You will work a minimum of 12hrs a week. The first 60days will be your busiest and will require additional attention to the property and procedures as the company establishes new ownership and customer policies. Employee will operate via phone with the office so a phone is necessary. Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Property maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
