Job Title: Executive Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Stormfield Capital is an institutional private credit manager with deep expertise in lower middle-market commercial real estate bridge lending. The company is seeking a driven individual to ensure smooth and effective execution of various operational tasks. Candidate should be a self-starter with ability to anticipate needs and take initiative. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the organization’s leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and operate with a high degree of professionalism and drive.
· Administer Managing Partners’ calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
· Act as corporate secretary for internal committee meetings and external Board of Director meetings; coordinate
follow-up as indicated.
· Draft communications/liaise with investors on Managing Partners’ behalf.
· Assist in the preparation of reports/presentations/decks.
· Coordinate travel arrangements for the team, prepare itineraries.
· Welcome and announce visitors.
· Ensure conference rooms are properly set up for meetings; organize catering needs.
· Maintain kitchen and office inventory.
· Manage new employee onboarding logistics.
· Assist with monthly document management routines, collateral release mailings.
· Assist with event planning.
· Execute on ad hoc projects, as presented.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· 2 years of experience supporting executive leaders.
Skills and Competencies:
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
· Proven ability to manage multiple calendars, track tasks, meet deadlines, manage unexpected changes or time sensitive requests and keep detailed records of meetings and follow-ups.
· Ability to work independently and determine appropriate prioritization.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact using tact and diplomacy.
· Strong sense of integrity, discretion and personal ethics.
