About the Role
StormTrap, an industry leader in stormwater management solutions, has an opening for a Project Manager for our Water Quality part of the business. This is a terrific opportunity for a talented technical operations development professional to join a growing group of committed teammates providing stormwater/construction management solutions to developers, municipalities, engineers and construction professionals. The Water Quality (WQ) Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall strategic allocation and management of forming assets and associated appurtenances as well as the cultivation and maintenance of precast manufacturer relationships. This position also inherits ‘onsite’ project responsibility from the Sales Team (Territory Managers) to ensure customer satisfaction through to the end of the installation. The WQ Project Manager and Territory Managers work together collectively, in conjunction with the company sales and operations process, to provide our stake holders (civil engineers, developers, municipalities and site work/utility contractors) the best solution in the industry.

Responsibilities
- Identifying potential manufacturers and managing existing manufacturer relationships; activities include:
- Pricing and production scheduling
- Audits of steel forms and precast products
- Coordination of production and delivery
- Ensuring production lead times are consistent with sales commitments
- Introduction, presentation, and promotion of all current and new products
- Presentation of new and innovative production approaches
- Inventory management
- Issuance of contracts to partners and manufacturers
- Coordinating and overseeing all logistics associated with the WQ installation process including:
- Onsite preconstruction meetings
- Product delivery logistics
- Onsite assistance and support
- Coordination with engineering department for onsite logistical or product issues as needed
- Forging strong relationships with new and existing customer base
- Maintaining WQ precast and installation manuals as internal control documents
- Driving and enforcing QA/QC best practices and standard operating procedures
- Managing, maintaining, and inputting data into the Company's CRM/ERP systems

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required, preferably in construction management
- Minimum two years’ experience in the construction industry, preferably underground utilities sitework
- Knowledge of construction methods and ability to read construction drawings
- Exceptional computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Office 365 and other standard office software
- Strong data organizational skills desired
- Valid Driver’s License, current insurance, and a good driving record
- A complete background check including professional references
Travel
Ability to Travel 75%
Frequent travel is outside of the local area and overnight
