Field Service Technician - Westborough, MA
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and timely service to internal and external customers to assure that our equipment is installed, repaired and operating to the customer’s expectations so we continually reduce customer attrition.
- Analyze individual solutions and take appropriate action to ensure that the customer’s needs are met.
- Abide by and follow all Safety Policies and Guidelines of Storopack
- Understand and Follow the Vision and Guidelines of Storopack
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks as they arise.
- Maintain an active role in continuous improvements.
- Overnight Travel: Maximum 5%
Qualifications
- 2-year Technical Degree and/or 2 plus years of Technical Service Experience
- Prior field service experience is desired.
- Valid Driver’s License and Excellent Driving Record
- Basic Computer Skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Mechanical Ability – working with Hand Tools, Power Tools and General Mechanical applications to trouble shoot and resolve mechanical issues.
- Electrical Ability – working with Voltage Meters, Amp Clamps and General Electrical applications to trouble shoot and resolve electrical issues.
- Ability to read Basic Electrical Schematic and Engineered Drawings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
