Day to day as a Corporate Trainer
As a new Corporate Trainer at Storr Office Environments, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our teams' competencies and performance. Each day from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, you can expect to lead engaging training sessions focused on the SLII model, tailoring your approach to meet diverse learner needs. You'll collaborate closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and design workshops that address these areas.
Daily tasks will also involve preparing training materials, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to participants. In addition to leading sessions, you'll regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and gather participant feedback to continuously improve our training processes. You'll also be expected to foster an energetic and respectful learning environment, ensuring each participant feels valued and encouraged to contribute.
