The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing operations at our Raleigh and Roxboro, NC locations. This role ensures efficient inventory management, logistics coordination, workplace safety, and team leadership to optimize warehouse performance. Additionally, the Warehouse Manager oversees the refurbishment shop, ensuring timely project completion while managing payroll budgets and maintaining OSHA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including pre-sold (new product), asset storage, 3PL business, and pre-owned inventory.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through monthly cycle counts and process improvements to address discrepancies.
- Develop and implement procedures to enhance productivity and safety.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with OSHAregulations and all health and safety standards.
- Maintain equipment functionality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers, installers, sales, and design teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Address damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, and customer returns effectively.
Supervisory Responsibilities, The Warehouse Manager oversees the following roles:
- Pre-Sold Supervisor (New Product)
- 3PL/Asset Manager
- Pre-Owned Supervisor (Used Product)
- Shop Supervisor
Success Metrics:
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse that meets all safety requirements, ensuring the dock is broom- swept and ready for the next shift.
- Achieve 95% or higher annual inventory accuracy for pre-sold (new product) and 3PLbusiness.
- Exceed OSHAsafety standards through regular inspections, safety walks, and team training.
- Actively support company-wide safety initiatives as a key safety committee member.
- Ensure 95% of outbound installation orders are loaded onto delivery trucks by 7:15AM daily.
- Conduct regular performance and organization feedback meetings with team members.
Requirements:
- Valid North Carolina Driver's License
- Minimum 10 Years related experience preferred
- Proven organizational and follow through skills required
- Proven leadership ability skills required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work after normal business hours as needed to support the team and meet customer expectations.

- Satisfactory MVR (driving record)

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
