What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Data Administrator position at Story Cannabis?
The Product Data Administrator is responsible for catalog clean up and data entry for our retail locations across Maryland, Ohio, Arizona and New Jersey. This includes creating and maintaining product SKUs, monitoring product catalogs for outdated data and working closely with the Retail Jr. Buyers to make sure new SKUs are created. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in data management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Create new SKUs in Dutchie Backoffice
- Manage all costs, pricing and product descriptions in Dutchie Backoffice
- Monitor and remove outdated products from Dutchie Backoffice
- Assist AZ procurement team with invoicing when needed, including manual line entry of delivery documents into Dutchie Backoffice
- Communicate and relay messages to buyers and retail teams
- Curate menus by linking menu items to state-level product catalogs at a high velocity while maintaining accuracy
- Respond to and execute product change requests
- Manage multiple data sources to make informed and accurate decisions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve questions and remove obstacles
- Understand State compliance requirements for invoices
- Maintain System records and records keeping
- Ensure business goals, operational deadlines, and performance standards are met
- Must have detailed understanding of cannabis product brands, categories and types
- 2 years of experience in the Cannabis industry
- Experience with METRC, Dutchie and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage high stress situations and to be flexible and adaptable when required
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- Proper employment documentation
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends, is required
