Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for the Outpatient Clinics and Surgical Services department
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or program started within 6 months of start date
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Iowa
- Previous supervisory experience in a hospital setting or demonstrated leadership and management ability
- Prior operating room experience required
