As a Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will:
- Provide training and supervision to other staff through resident assignments, giving reports to others, intervening in areas of conflict.
- Assume responsibility for making sure resident care plans are being followed.
- Document admission, change in condition, physical assessment, MDS summaries, variance reports, deaths, discharges, and other pertinent resident information.
- Make routine assessments of patient condition and provides nursing care to patients within hospital policy and procedure and according to physician orders, alerting supervisor of problems.
- Note and transcribe provider orders and establish verbal contact with provider when medical emergencies arise.

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about optimizing patient care? We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing for Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses.
- BLS certified within 60 days of employment.
- Completion of Adult Mandatory Reporter within 90 days of employment.
- Licensed Practical Nurses must complete a state approved supervisory class within 60 days of employment or provide proof of an approved, completed class.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
- 1 year of experience in long term care.

Salary Range: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour (competitive and commensurate with experience)
