- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate department
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately
- Follow communication scripts and standard procedures
