You will oversee the logistical aspects of event planning, from initial concept development to on-site execution. Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including corporate events, weddings, and social gatherings.
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and requirements.
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of events.
- Oversee event setup and breakdown.
- Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting any issues as they arise.
- Maintain detailed event records and follow up with clients post-event to ensure satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
