We’re looking for a motivated, full-time Sales and Business Development Manager based in Greenville to join our small but growing team. You Will:
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, cold emailing, networking, and outreach campaigns.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations—both in person and virtually—to potential clients.
- Create and present proposals tailored to client needs and budgets.
- Follow up consistently and strategically to convert prospects into long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with our Marketing and Creative teams to ensure client objectives and deliverables are clearly understood and communicated.
- Stay organized and up-to-date using our agency tools and productivity platforms.
- Act as the face of our agency by representing our brand at events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
- Continuously refine your sales techniques and strategies through professional development, research, and feedback.
- Help build the agency, not just work at one.

You Have:
- 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (agency or marketing environment a plus).
- Proven success in cold calling, sales presentations, and closing deals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to multitask across different prospects and projects.
- Familiarity with CRM software and productivity tools, or a willingness to learn.
- A knack for understanding client pain points and translating our services into compelling solutions.
