Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to lead our initiatives aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties

- Develop, implement, and evaluate program policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance on best practices in program management and relationship building.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining quality services.
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to promote program visibility and support.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on topics related to behavioral health, social work practices, and developmental disabilities.
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to program activities, funding, and participant progress.
Experience
- Proven experience in supervising teams within a social work or behavioral health context.
- Strong background in budgeting and financial management related to program operations.
- Experience working directly with individuals who have developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
