Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and optimize targeted email marketing strategies that align with the overall marketing plan and business objectives.
- Plan and execute a variety of email campaigns, including product launches, promotions, event invitations, and educational content.
Email Funnel Management:
- Create and manage email funnels designed to nurture leads through each stage of the customer journey, from initial interest to conversion and retention.
- Design and implement automated email workflows that deliver personalized, timely communications to prospects and customers.
List Segmentation & Management:
- Build, maintain, and optimize segmented email lists to ensure precise targeting and improved campaign performance.
- Monitor the health and growth of email lists, ensuring proper segmentation for effective personalization.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Continuously monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
- Use data insights to fine-tune email content, design, and overall strategy to maximize engagement and results.
- Conduct regular A/B testing on subject lines, copy, design elements, and calls-to-action to optimize campaign performance.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Set up and manage custom reporting dashboards in HubSpot to track campaign performance and key performance indicators.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, offering actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Analyze website visitor behavior and lead generation data to refine email marketing strategies and support overall marketing goals.
Collaboration with Creative and Content Teams:
- Work closely with designers, content creators, and the broader marketing team to produce high-quality email assets that align with the brand’s messaging and marketing objectives.
- Ensure all email assets are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for deliverability and engagement.
Compliance & Best Practices:
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) to ensure campaigns are compliant and effective.
- Advocate for email deliverability best practices to ensure high inbox placement rates.
Must-Haves:
Experience: Experienced in email marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign creation, list management, and performance optimization.
Technical Skills: Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit) and email automation tools.
- Experience with optimizing email performance through data-driven decisions.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze email campaign and marketing funnel performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
Creativity & Copywriting: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, customer-focused email content that resonates with diverse audience segments.
- Skilled at writing subject lines and email copy that drives engagement and conversions.
Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure every email is polished, on-brand, and aligned with the company’s messaging and goals.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with HubSpot – especially email marketing, creating workflows, pulling data, and building reports.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping, conversion optimization, and email personalization strategies.
- Experience with dynamic email content to tailor messages based on user behavior or preferences.
- Broader experience in other digital marketing channels such as paid ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and content marketing.
