Storybrook Care & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate weekend receptionist/activities assistant for consideration to add to the team at our midsized facility situated in Northern Colorado, amongst Larimer County. This building is home to a diverse group of long-term residents, cared for by seasoned staff with low staffing ratios, who are stewarded by a well-equipped clinical team and Administrator with years of experience in the geriatric field.
Essential Functions:
The weekend receptionist/ activities assistant will be responsible for day-to-day activities of participants in large groups, small groups and as individuals to help meet their psychosocial needs.Weekend receptionist/ activities assistant works with the center team to answer phones, great guests, and collabroate with residents daily. Weekend receptionist/ activities assistant is responsible for creating an environment that is uplifting, stimulating and offers participants the opportunity to be successful.
Employee must maintain effective communication with all staff, participants, caregivers and/or families. Good organizational and time management skills are essential. The employee must maintain a professional attitude and adherence to state licensing policies and procedures. Must maintain participant confidentiality at all times.
Shift: 8 hours
