Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood education and align with curriculum standards.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Provide individualized attention to children, addressing their unique needs through early intervention strategies.
- Facilitate physical education activities that promote health, coordination, and motor skills development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns related to child welfare.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices in preschool education.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that is conducive to learning and play.
- Observe and assess children's developmental milestones, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 units in Early Childhood Education.
- Strong skills in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children.
- Knowledge of early intervention techniques to support children's developmental needs.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
