As a Business Development CRM Coordinator, you will partner with our Creative, Client Services and Business Development teams to conduct research and maintain data on potential clients and leads. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and have exceptional data skills. S/he has strong communication skills, is comfortable working with teammates across levels and disciplines, and is passionate about cultivating his/her skills in business development and customer relationship management.

This role reports to the Director of Business Growth and will intake requirements from Creative, Client Services and Business Development functions to support our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes and provide reporting on the stages of potential clients and leads.

The main objective of this role is to develop process, operational efficiencies and reporting of revenue forecasting. In addition, helping to create an infrastructure to scale at the pace of growth. This is a fulfilling role for those that want flexibility, creativity and empowerment to build out the future of our culture. The ideal candidate is someone who is process driven, understands and can apply concepts like lead confidence, prospecting, customer relationship management and revenue forecasting.

** THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION **

  • Local to the Twin Cities metro area and can travel to/from work site in Maple Grove, MN daily.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Living the Core Values using EOS philosophy
  • Defining process using NetSuite CRM system for prospecting and customer relationships
  • Managing research of potential prospects (filling the opportunities funnel) based on our target market/client criteria
  • Managing data accuracy in NetSuite CRM software
  • Presenting CRM analysis to Client Services, Creative and Senior Leadership teams
  • Prioritizing leads and confidence weighting
  • Setting up intro meetings of prospects with Business Development leaders
  • Working with Marketing & Strategy on digital distribution of materials to capture qualified leads
  • Distribute capabilities decks, business cases that solve pain points, data analytics that support our solution and capture data to be used in decisions and discussions
  • General data management used in Business Development.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • 2- or 4-year degree in Communications, Business, Entrepreneurship or relative experience in Business Development and/or Sales
  • Strong forward thinking with problem solving skills
  • Effective and professional interpersonal communications
  • Attention to detail and ability to document details in an orderly and effective manner
  • Flexibility to thrive in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to learn and incorporate continuous process improvement

  • Able to maintain confidentiality of all company proprietary information

  • Strong analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting and planning skills

  • Must be able to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Must be able to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization. Ability to proactively and professionally resolve conflict

Nice to have:

  • Experience with inventory customer relationship management concepts
  • NetSuite or similar CRM experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to complete tasks with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
