I was recently briefed by an Enterprise Software company ($1.5b revenue) that is looking to continue the build-out of their Application Security business, with the need to hire an Enterprise Account Executive (Remote) for their TOLA region.
The company has a plethora of platform plays across Digital Transformation needs and has spent the last few years significantly investing in the product, rebranding, and setting themselves up for success. After an advisory with McKinsey, they’ve identified Application Security (already featured on GartnerMQ) as one with hyper growth potential, and there is a concerted effort to engage and uncover new opportunities.
In this role, you’ll be supported by a strong team of presales, marketing, and subject matter experts, and be responsible for Enterprise Sales in the TOLA region, where you will sell directly to net new and existing clients.
The hiring manager has a track record of running successful sales practices and has been with the company for 10 years. He is very well connected and has a good network of people internally that you can lean on.
In terms of compensation, we’re targeting $250k - $300k for OTE, with all the necessary benefits you’d expect to see from a company with a solid infrastructure.
