What we're looking for :
- 10 years of growth-oriented marketing experience with 5 years of experience successfully leading, building and scaling B2B SaaS marketing teams
- Proven experience scaling enterprise-focused and venture-backed software businesses from XM - XXM ARR at the top of a global marketing organization
- Proven track record of developing and executing effective marketing strategies that have contributed to the growth and success of a business; with programs including : demand generation, ABM, product marketing, field / event, etc.
- Experience marketing novel, enterprise-grade, and priced software products
- Deep operational rigor; having proven experience in building enterprise-focused marketing playbooks, ICP development, outbound demand generation campaigns, reporting and analytics structure, etc.
- Highly methodical and processes-focused marketing leader, someone that has a scientific nature to the way that they build, scale, and iterate
- Be an excellent recruiter, coach, and manager
