As a Cybersecurity Legal Partner, you will be instrumental in expanding their cybersecurity and data privacy practice. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States while collaborating with a network of accomplished attorneys across the firm.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert legal counsel on cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance matters, including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and global regulatory frameworks.
- Advise clients on incident response, breach investigations, and regulatory enforcement actions.
- Develop and implement proactive cybersecurity risk management strategies for clients across industries such as technology, healthcare, finance, and government.
- Leverage your expertise and industry connections to bring in and manage a portable book of business of at least $1 million annually.
- Collaborate with firm leadership and other partners to shape the direction and growth of their cybersecurity practice.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends and legal developments in cybersecurity and data privacy to provide cutting-edge insights to clients and colleagues.
