We're currently partnered with a cutting-edge, open-source AI startup in Williamsburg that’s pioneering how LLM applications are optimized. They currently have a team of x4 and are looking to hire an additional x4 founding engineers!

💻 Company: Open-source AI startup creating a feedback loop to make LLMs smarter, faster, and more cost-effective

💰 Compensation: $200k - $250k equity

This startup is led by two impressive founders:

• CEO: Former Chief Product Officer at a FinTech startup (valued at $10B ) with extensive experience consulting on machine learning for startups and leading financial firms. He holds BS and MS degrees in computer science from Stanford.
• CTO: Holds a PhD from Carnegie Mellon with a focus on reinforcement learning for LLMs and nuclear fusion. Previously worked in ML at a fintech startup. He also has a BS in mathematics and an MS in computer science from Stanford.

They recently raised over $7M in funding from top-tier investors like FirstMark (backed ClickHouse), Bessemer (backed Anthropic), and Bedrock (backed OpenAI), and have years of runway to focus entirely on open source.
