Senior Technical Lead - MarTech / Web Development - Contract
Join a leading brand in the CPG industry as a Technical Lead with expertise in web development and marketing technology. We are seeking an experienced candidate who thrives in Agile environments and possesses a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
This is an initial 6-month contract with opportunities for extension. Enjoy a flexible work arrangement, including remote work three days a week, while requiring on-site presence at our client's office in White Plains, NY on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leverage 10-15 years of experience as a Technical Lead to oversee application development and delivery in the MarTech space.
- Drive systems implementation projects, encompassing business process design, development, and user training.
- Lead initiatives involving Marketing technology applications, including Websites, Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management Systems (DAM), Consumer Data Platforms (CDP), and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through well-organized presentations, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Manage Development and QA resources, coordinating efforts between onsite and offshore teams.
- Collaborate seamlessly in a team environment, fostering shared ownership while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
- Use your interpersonal skills to positively influence stakeholders and navigate organizational structures.
- Apply your systems / process orientation and analytical thinking to solve complex problems effectively.
- Exhibit emotional intelligence and empathy in team interactions.
Compensation : Hourly Rate - $105-$120 Per Hour All Inclusive (Corp to Corp)
