Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and thrive in a team environment? Join Stotz Equipment, a premier John Deere dealership, as a Warehouse/Inventory Specialist. Your work will directly support our Parts and Sales teams, helping deliver exceptional service to our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Accurately track and report all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Receive and ship parts and accessories following company procedures
- Perform stocking duties and maintain inventory accuracy through bin counts and cycle counts
- Keep the parts department and warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Provide in-store customer service, including answering phones
- Assist/support the sales department as needed
- Update order statuses and communicate with technicians, parts specialists, and customers
- Allocate inventory to work orders, will call, and stock
- Monitor shortages, overages, and damages; file claims and work with internal teams to resolve issues
- Assist with returns, including surplus and damaged goods
- Manage pallet returns and stock movements
- Unload trucks and document any shipping damage on BOLs
- Bundle sales attachments with machines ready for delivery
- Handle staging, shipping, and receiving of inter-store transfers
- Return E-crates as required

- Hearing ability sufficient to communicate with others in person or over the phone
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry items weighing upwards of 75 lbs
- Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, and bend as needed
What's preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus
- 1 – 3 Years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse environments
- Familiarity with agriculture, golf and turf, and commercial consumer equipment is a bonus
