Stotz Equipment is looking for a Service Administrator. This position will include but not be limited to posting time, proofreading work orders, answering the telephone and directing calls, assisting with events by email and phone calls, filling out and submitting move sheets, assisting with inventory control for sales audits, helping with parts processes and inventory, and working on sales administration as needed. What you'll do
- Communicate with customers to schedule service, as well as the collection of payment for services rendered
- Check-in customer equipment
- Maintain Service Department records
- Assist Service Manager/Shop Foreman in controlling department expenses
- Assist Service Manager in coordinating customer clinics, field days, and other related promotional events
- Update customer profiles
- Assist in scheduling internal and external service technician training
- Maintain service library with current information

- Strong computer skills
- Able to work a varying work schedule/shift which includes Saturday hours
- Multi-tasking effectively is a must as well as the ability to organize and work under pressure
