As a Service Manager at Stotz Equipment you’ll lead a team of best-in-class technicians that help keep our customers’ operations up and running. You’ll play a leading role in driving our service strategy and business, ensuring high-quality customer experiences, and cultivating a collaborate team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented technicians. Foster a performance-oriented team culture.

Customer Satisfaction: Work with your technicians and service advisor to implement and improve service processes to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Collaborate with the store team: work as a member of the store management team to create a virtuous cycle of sales, parts, service, and precision success.

Financial Performance: Develop and manage the service department budget, setting and achieving profitability targets while controlling expenses.

- 4 years of experience working in a service department, demonstrated experience consistently meeting performance metrics

- Skills in managing risk, change, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Experience leading and working cooperatively in a team environment
- Familiarity with creating a budget and working with spreadsheets

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
