What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technicians. Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and empower team members through accountability and coaching.
- Attract and retain top talent by recognizing potential, aligning the right people to the right roles, and fostering a culture of growth and opportunity.
- Drive results by setting clear goals, tracking progress, and removing obstacles. Stay focused on delivering outcomes even when faced with challenges.
- Take initiative to solve problems quickly and lead through change. Show a “can-do” mindset and tackle tough issues head-on.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by working closely with technicians and service advisors to improve service processes. Gain insights into customer needs and ensure solutions exceed expectations.
- Communicate clearly and consistently—whether working one-on-one, leading team meetings, or collaborating across departments. Adjust your message to the audience to ensure alignment and action.
- Collaborate across store departments to create a strong connection between service, sales, parts, and precision, driving overall business success.
- Own financial performance by managing the service department budget, setting targets, and keeping expenses in check.

Requirements:
- 4 years of managerial experience in a service industry business with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities; skilled in managing risk, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the company
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing paperwork, billing labor hours from work orders, processing financial transactions, and account collections
- Solid understanding of business reporting, including P&L statements and budgeting; familiarity with spreadsheets
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a strong work ethic
- Strong computer skills and comfort using service management systems and tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Clean driving record required
