Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our Rehab Services department on a Per-Diem basis.
The Occupational Therapist would work in both outpatient and inpatient. Responsible for the full range of occupational therapy treatments and tasks which includes organizing and conducting medically prescribed Occupational therapy services to restore function, maximizing an individual's independence, and prevent or minimize the effects of a disability, injury, or illness.
Position Requirements :
- Required Education : Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school for clinical profession
- Licensure : Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin or eligible for licensing.
- Certification : Current BLS certification
- Special Requirements : Two years' experience in Home Health. Graduate of Accredited Occupational Therapy school
- Basic computer competency skills are expected for this position
- Microsoft Office Suite Skills : Beginning Skills - Able to perform basic things such as opening a document, change font, save a document, and write a letter.
