Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating trailers using a variety of hand tools and machinery. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with training opportunities throughout our production floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of hand tools necessary to aid in the assembly process.
- Build sub-assemblies such as brake hoses, light boxes, axles, doors, and air brake systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
