Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via email and phone in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Enter customer orders, answer technical questions, resolve discrepancies & generates sales quotations
- Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, timely, accurate and highly productive manner according to Company policy.
- Maintain good attendance. Attend scheduled work hours on a regular and timely basis.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
- Other duties may be assigned by the company

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

- Technical Knowledge of trailer parts preferred
- Able to Multi-task

- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision of the Product Brand Manager.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software primarily word & excel
