Location: On-site in New Century, KS
Job Type: Full-time
3rd shift: Sunday 10pm - 7am Monday-Thursday 12am-7am
Primary responsibilities:
- Follow all plant and departmental safety procedures and guidelines.
- Follow department procedures to produce quality products that meet customer’s expectations.
- Verify that correct input materials needed for the job are being used.
- Interpret and compare work orders and artwork to insure production will meet specifications.
- Perform basic print quality checks and determine proper corrective actions.
- Accurately complete necessary production and quality records.
- Maintain clean, safe work area.
- Other responsibilities assigned based on business need.

Requirements
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience in a production environment is helpful
- Should possess machine aptitude
- ability to read and understand instructions.
- Good math skills; measurement ability a must
- Must frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand or walk for the full shift
- Willingness to cross-train throughout the organization
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
