Key Responsibilities:
- Checks load for proper raw stock, loads into press feeder and removes protective materials and empty skids. Checks screens and inks for proper specifications. Sets up press with screens and ink for scheduled orders.
- Adjusts press to obtain proper register and proper ink and coating application, per customer specifications.
- Adjusts conveyors as needed to assure proper curing of ink.
- Inspects printed product after pressrun and adjusts settings and ink viscosity for quality reproduction or shuts down press and makes adjustments and repairs.
- Removes excess ink and cleans screens and press components.
Minimum Requirements of Position:
- High school degree or general education (GED); three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Color vision acuity.
- Ability to read and understand a job jacket.
- Ability to operate machinery in a safe manner.
- Ability to understand and work with measurements.

Positions include a full benefit package that includes medical, dental, paid time off and 401(k). Work shifts are Monday through Friday, eight hour shifts, with the opportunity for overtime when required to meet production demands.
