GENERAL PURPOSE
Do you have concrete experience, but you are ready for some management responsibility? Our concrete crew works hard as a team to build a culture of trust while they help each other complete high quality concrete work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Concrete Foreman who has experience placing and finishing commercial concrete, who also has the leadership skills to oversee the daily operations of a concrete crew. The foreman will report directly to the owner/operator.
TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma or GED
- Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work.
- Ability to perform basic math, to include read a tape measure
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
- Must be able to travel to jobsites
- Tilt-up experience preferred (required for max pay range)

- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor

- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects, use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
- Noise level is generally loud.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week

Experience:
- commercial concrete: 3 years (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Hill AFB, UT 84056: Relocate before starting work (Required)
