We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
- Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both staff and clients.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for document management, communication, and scheduling.
- Assist Sales Staff as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent support.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
