Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base through effective relationship management and strategic selling techniques. Commission Pay. Current Sales Personnel average $75K per year.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct cold calling and outside sales activities to generate leads and close deals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring coverage of all potential customers.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Skills
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Familiarity with retail or technology sales is preferred.
- Strong cold calling abilities and experience in outside or territory sales.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
