REQUIREMENTS :
High School diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver's license. Minimum of one year experience or technical school diploma required. Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills required. Must be able to pass background, physical exam and drug screen.
JOB SUMMARY :
Performs any and all yard work assigned by supervisor. Work must be completed successfully within acceptable timeframe with a minimum amount of supervision. Responsible for loading and unloading equipment with no supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Uses or operates correct tools and equipment (such as forklifts to load and unload new and rental equipment).
Follows verbal and written instructions from supervisor with little or no additional direction.
Able to read and comprehend simple written instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Able to write simple correspondence.
Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Reports all machine damage to Rental Cordinator same day machine is returned. Red tags down equipment and notifies shop in a timely manner.
Fuels machines and checks hour meters as necessary.
Keeps yard inventory updated and organized as needed. Maintains paperwork on used CAT equipment entering and leaving yard.
Keeps lot clean. Maintains yard.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Must have a valid driver's license.
- 1-3 years relevant work experience
- High energy, self-motivated with ability to operate equipment and manage equipment inventory
- Basic computer skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Must be able to pass background, physical exam and drug screen.
