Summary
As a Warranty Claims Specialist at Stoystown Auto Wreckers, you will play a vital role in managing drivetrain warranty related issues. This pertains to Engines, Transmissions, Differentials, Transfer cases, and other related products that are Remanufactured and Used . This position is essential in ensuring accurate processing of claims while upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage claims efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Verify information and assess claim validity based on provided documentation.
- Maintain organized records of all claims processed, including necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding claims status.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to claims promptly.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes affecting claims processing.
- Support the administrative team with clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in claims processing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple claims efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of Automotive repair and processes is required.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in claim management.
- Clerical experience is beneficial but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 42.50 per week
