Epicor ERP Admin
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tier 1 / Tier 2 Epicor Admin / Specialist to join our lean IT Service Delivery team! This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, a technical background, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, hands-on IT support environment. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for resolving IT issues, assisting with tickets, and supporting internal users across multiple locations.
This role involves working closely with end-users and external partners to support integrations, assist the Director of IT in maintaining core business applications, and ensure smooth operational efficiency. Additionally, the ERP Administrator will document processes and technical specifications, manage technology workflows, and facilitate necessary changes while prioritizing stakeholder needs and expectations. This position will be in-person, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications and Business Intelligence
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
ERP System Management
- Effectively serve as 1st and 2nd tier support to resolve end-user issues related to our Epicor (ERP) system and its IT environment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Build strong relationships with end-users, demonstrating integrity and a commitment to excellence in every interaction.
- Support the integration of Epicor with other technology systems/applications within the organization, as well as with cloud services and partner agencies.
- Understand and align Epicor workflows with the company’s established business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create clear and useful documentation for processes and technical specifications, ensuring team members can easily follow and implement necessary procedures.
Project Management
- Support companywide technology projects with a focus on keeping projects within scope or facilitating necessary scope changes.
- Prioritize stakeholder interests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support and manage clear milestones and project measurements, following a roadmap for success and tracking progress effectively.
- Implement continuous improvement processes set by the IT Leadership, fostering an environment of ongoing enhancement and innovation.
- Promote team satisfaction by being responsive, innovative, and creative, and instilling confidence in your team members. Ability to align with the organization’s vision, missions, values, and behavior standards and actively support and embody these principles.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through end-user training and documentation
- Ensure complete issue tracking and reporting are accomplished
- Implement and manage user access controls, permissions, and security policies to safeguard sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Conduct planning and test coordination for upgrades and maintenance
- Assist with new ERP implementations and integrations
- Propose and develop modifications/enhancements through project scoping, execution, testing, approval, and release
- Work with Epicor support and other support resources to report and solve problems
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Experience:
- 2-5 years supporting Epicor ERP
- User Account creation & maintenance
- Remote user support
- Kinetic & Classic screens
- BPMs
- Screen customizations
- BAQs
- Dashboards
- SSRS development and maintenance
- IT experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,770.00 - $95,000.00 per year
