Heavy Equipment Operator – Tolland County, CT ($30-$35/hr Full Benefits)
STP is looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join one of our trusted contractors in Tolland County, CT. This role involves residential site work and excavation, operating excavators and skid steers, with some general labor as needed. This is a Permanent Direct Hire Role!

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience operating heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers)
- Ability to handle some labor work when needed
- CDL-A a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
