- Assist customers with purchases and resolve any issues promptly.
- Stock and rotate bakery products to ensure freshness and availability.
- Inspect baked goods for quality and appearance.
- Face merchandise in the department to create an appealing display.
- Cut open boxes using a box cutter as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Build displays to showcase products and enhance the shopping experience.
- Clean and sanitize the department, back room, and cooler/freezer areas regularly.
- Receive, deliver, and arrange stock in the cooler/freezer.
- Prepare and package product for sale.
Minimum Requirements:
- A positive customer service attitude and pleasant personality.
- Effective memory skills to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Good hand-eye coordination to operate equipment safely.
