- Assist with Order Preparation: Prepare and package catering orders according to company standards, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Maintain Food Safety and Quality: Follow food safety protocols to maintain cleanliness, product quality, and presentation in the catering department.
- Monitor Inventory Levels: Monitor product levels and help restock supplies and ingredients as needed, ensuring the work area is organized and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work with other catering and deli team members to fulfill large or complex orders on time.
