Key Responsibilities:
. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor bakery staff. Schedule work shifts and ensure that the team delivers high-quality products on time.
. Product Management: Ensure that all bakery products are freshly prepared, properly displayed, and stocked to meet customer demand. Monitor product quality, freshness, and consistency.
. Inventory and Ordering: Manage inventory, track product sales, and place orders for ingredients and supplies. Work with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
. Sales & Profitability: Drive bakery sales by developing promotions, seasonal specials, and attractive displays. Monitor sales trends and adjust production levels accordingly to minimize waste and maximize profit.
. Customer Service: Ensure that bakery staff provides exceptional customer service. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
. Compliance & Safety: Ensure that the bakery department follows all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Maintain clean and safe working conditions for staff and customers.
. Cost Control: Manage the bakery department's budget, ensuring labor and ingredient costs are controlled. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising product quality.
Qualifications:
