What are the responsibilities and job description for the Configuration/ Management Analyst, Journeyman position at StraCon Services Group, LLC?
StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Configuration/Management Analyst, Journeyman in Patuxent River MD to support our NAVAIR customer. The Configuration/Management Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following requirements:
Essential Job Duties:
- Provide Configuration Management/Data Management (CM/DM) support for common or out of production Aviation Training Systems in accordance with PMA Configurations Management Plan.
- Collects, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft training systems.
- Maintains configuration control of acquisition products and data.
- Tracks configuration changes.
- Coordinates and supports the development of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
- Facilitate the NAVAIR CM Process.

Required Experience:
- 3-10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- CMPRO Experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Education Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- Allowable Education Substitutes Include the following:
- Associate degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
- Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Security Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $73,477.00 -$105,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
