StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Configuration/Management Analyst, Senior in Patuxent River MD to support our NAVAIR customer. The Configuration/Management Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following requirements:
Essential Job Duties:
- Provide Configuration Management/Data Management (CM/DM) support for common or out of production Aviation Training Systems in accordance with PMA Configurations Management Plan.
- Collects, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft training systems
- Maintains configuration control of acquisition products and data
- Tracks configuration changes
- Coordinates and supports the development of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
- Assessments of component obsolescence issues
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management
- Facilitate the NAVAIR CM Process
- Coordinating and Facilitating Technical Interchange Meetings.
Travel Requirements:
- TBD
Required Experience: Senior
- Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- CMPRO Experience.
Desired Experience:
- Experience with CM/DM of software intensive programs and working with Technical Development Packages.
Education Requirements:
- MA/MS degree.
- Allowable Education Substitutes Include the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
- Associate degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
- Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
- Allowable Education Substitutes Include the following:

- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $98,000.00 - $130,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
