StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Foreign Military Sales Analyst/Management Analyst, Senior in Patuxent River, MD. The Foreign Military Sales Analyst/Management Analyst, Senior will be responsible for but no limited to the following requirements.
Essential Job Duties:
- Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.
- Supports program requirements, program schedules and performs other related tasks in support of FMS pre-case, case execution, reconciliation, and case closure activities, in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.
- Assist the Program/Case Manager in the execution of all assigned program activities.
- Participate in meetings to support program objectives and the Program/Case Manager. Analyzes program requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performs program management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings. Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs for FMS requirements.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.
Travel Requirements:
- Domestic and International Travel required.
Experience Requirements:
- 10 years of experience performing duties described above.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Desired experience:
- At least four (4) years of experience supporting FMS acquisition of major systems or components.
- Experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline.
- Professional experience in technical efforts supporting FMS procedures and processes.
- Demonstrated experience in program/project status and schedules.
Education Requirements:
- A MA/MS degree.
- Allowable Substitution:
- Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
- OR
- Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
- OR
- Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
Security Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

The estimated salary range for this position is $96,149.00 - $137,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
