StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full-Time, Program Analyst, Journeyman, to join our team in supporting the NAVAIR program office in Pax River, MD. The candidate will support the Integrated Product Team (IPT) in various administrative, acquisition, and data management tasks. This role involves managing document preparation, facilitating team meetings, ensuring compliance with procurement and contract management processes, assisting with risk management, and generating various acquisition-related documents. The analyst will also be responsible for data tracking and reporting, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective communication across teams.
Successful candidates shall meet the minimum experience and education requirements and have demonstrated the necessary skills and experience to assist with the Functional Description listed below.
Functional Description:
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Track and maintain program status and documentation utilizing the NAVAIR AMS Suite of tools.
- Aid the IPT Lead in developing key documents such as acquisition strategies, plans, and reports.
- Maintain and track files in SharePoint, ensuring everything is organized and accurate, including trackers, calendars, and action items.
Experience Requirements:
- At least four (4) years of experience in a business or technical position performing duties described in the functional description.
- Knowledge NAVAIR AMS Suite of tools (PMT, CSPT).
- Knowledge of Contracts including sections B-J, including drafting PIDs (draft contract).
- High level of proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Education Requirements:
- BS or BA degree.
- Allowable substitution:
- An AS or AA degree and an additional two (2) years of experience.
- Four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
Security Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able pass a National Industrial Security Program (NISP) background investigation. A formal security clearance is not required for this position.

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,461.00 -$109,523.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
