StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Program/Project/Management Analyst, Junior in Patuxent River MD. In this role, you will support senior analysts and leadership in the management and execution of government programs and projects. The Program/Project/Management Analyst, Junior will be responsible for but not limited to the following requirements.

- Responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions.
- Apply analytical techniques to evaluate program and project objectives.
- Analyze and track requirements, status, budgets, and schedules to ensure program efficiency.
- Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft, weapon systems, project acquisitions and product programs.
- Maintain and track program/project status and schedules.
- Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Experience Requirements:
- Less than 3 years of professional experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- High-level communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Education Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- Allowable Substitution:
- Associate degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
- Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Associate degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Security Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $55,590.00 - $70,310.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
