StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Program / Project Management Analyst, Senior in Patuxent River MD to support our NAVAIR customer. The Program / Project Management Analyst Senior will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following requirements:

- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
- Brief leadership weekly
- Attend weekly Team meetings
- Track expenditures
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management

- Performs management, Technical, or business case analyses.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.
Required Experience:
- Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- Recent (last 3 years) ACAT acquisition experience supporting DOD programs.
- Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro (to build Acquisition, PMR briefs, correspondence, pricing models, etc.).
- Proficient in DoD security standards, particularly security classification markings, dissemination control markings, and distribution statements.
- Proficient recent (last 3 years) experience the AMS to include CSPT and PMT, CDRL tool.
- Recent (last 3 years) experience with Navy ERP, Wide Area Workflow (WAAF) process.

Education Requirements:
- MA/MS degree.
- Allowable education substitutions include:
- Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
- Associate degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
- Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
Security Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $98,000.00 - $130,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
