Job Summary :
Strada is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Multifamily Asset Management to oversee a portfolio of large-scale multifamily properties in the Bay Area, with plans to grow in southern California as well. The portfolio includes assets in lease-up and stabilized properties. The Senior Vice President will be responsible for managing third-party property management teams, setting strategic direction for the assets, managing property budgets and financial reporting, and overseeing day-to-day asset operational and leasing decisions to maximize asset value. The role requires a hands-on approach to asset management, strong analytical skills, and creative thinking. The role will report directly to the Strada partners.
Specific Responsibilities :
- Oversee asset performance for a portfolio of multifamily properties owned by Strada and its institutional capital partners. Focus on continuously improving asset NOI and overall asset value in the marketplace.
- Work closely with third-party property managers to ensure exceptional quality of asset operations, leasing, maintenance, reporting, and capital improvement projects when appropriate.
- Prepare and execute asset-level annual business plans, including detailed asset budgets, and report regularly to internal management and to capital partners on asset status and financial performance.
- Guide asset marketing plans including branding, websites, and advertising strategies.
- Work with Strada investment team to update asset underwriting and pro forma projections on a quarterly basis.
- Stay apprised of multifamily market trends and competitive properties to better inform asset strategies and market positioning for the portfolio.
- Help develop templates and standards for asset management processes and reporting.
- Advise Strada investment team on analysis of potential multifamily acquisition and disposition opportunities.
- Advise Strada development team on market positioning, programming, and design for new multifamily development projects.

Compensation :
Competitive depending on level of experience. The base pay scale for this position is $200,000 to $250,000 annually with additional discretionary bonus.
