Job Summary:
The Area Support Coordinator will interact with local shops, field employees and corporate office to coordinate activities and schedules.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinates daily schedules between local shops and corporate office in Sanford Florida.
- Manages shop inbox and updates schedules on company data base.
- Communicates with builders per scheduling requirements.
- Checks and manages needed information from Builder portals.
- Creates Work Order Tickets for every job that is sent out to the field.
- Coordinates calls for acquiring appropriate permits.
- Place orders for 811 underground tickets.
- Tracks Shop Payroll information.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to make sound judgements relative to inventory.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years office-based experience required.
- Construction Experience a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting at computer for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
