- Research and recommend technologies to improve service efficiency, response times, and overall productivity.
- Collaborate with residential and commercial management to analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Scope and validate new technology integrations for approval and implementation.
- Develop and execute detailed implementation plans for new technology rollouts.
- Lead training sessions to ensure successful adoption of new tools by service teams.
- Monitor performance of integrated technologies and provide ongoing support and optimization.
- Stay current with industry technology trends to proactively recommend beneficial solutions.
- Strong understanding of technology integration in service-driven environments.
- Excellent project management skills, especially for service-based technology implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and improve workflows.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to develop and lead training sessions for new software and systems.
